Our commitment is to offset Greenhouse gases emitted by human activities - from the simple act of drive a car to the most sophisticated industrial process - recovering degraded riparian areas. The trees absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, as well contribute to the soil, water and the biological diversity conservation.

10,000 Native trees were planted to compensate the GHG emissions related to the Conference of the Parts for the Biological Diversity (COP 8). The project will provide an improvement in the environmental quality of the reservoir, which is utilized by SANEPAR supply water to the city.
